Design & pricing — in person
We sit down with you, show you real solid-brass fixtures, review your options and our warranties, and build your custom quote face to face. We never email quotes or price over the phone — always with you, at your home.
Approve & schedule
A 65% deposit reserves your install date and gets you on the calendar — typically installed within a week or two. The remaining 35% is due once you love the result.
Installation
Our own expert crew hand-places and wires every fixture with care — no subcontractors.
Final nighttime reveal
We walk your finished lighting after dark together, add before-and-after photos to your gallery, and you settle the balance once you love it. Then book maintenance anytime from your portal.
